Final Round - Nadine - Winning

For the Final round at:

Dresses are not  my strong suit. BUT, I tried.

Unfortunately a lot of things in this got a bit rushed thanks for me realizing I only had about a week left to make it in time. Time flies way too much.
Originally when it came to the little crowd, I was planning on something more detailed at first before I got a bit unsure if I was able to finish it on time... and they ended up as smudgy blobs instead.
Gladly managed to get my head straight and did a little compromise in details and still vaguely more detailed representation <3 Bit I silently wished I'd gone for a rewamp on the background to fit in more people </3
The dress was a mix in that I can't decide on dresses. So it's more of a fusion if anything on dresses I've seen before.
