The finished picture was waaaaaay darker :'D But Once I adjusted it a little I kinda liked this version more <333

O.o Look at all the ghostly mist around her, I like how the wind-blown hair goes in accordance to where the smoke is going to. The raindrops spattering upon contact with her looks as if she's sparkling instead, kind of adds her innocence as she appears a little too... harmless. It's as if I'm watching a black-and-white horror movie, except there isn't any horror part at all. :|

I know a good rain tutorial you might find handy. [link] Becuz rain ish too random to even predict. :la:
